For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 15-VFQFN, FCQFN package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 400kHz~900kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.65V.
