The SOT-23-6 package offers greater flexibility.Strip is the form of the package.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4V~15.5V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.-40°C~125°C TA is the allowed temperature range for this device.This program uses the input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting.Its interface IC is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A gate driver in this series is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
