MAX312LCUE+ Overview


The electrical component comes in 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operation at a temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. 16 terminations have been made so far. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. It is safe to turn on and run the electronic component with a 15V voltage supply. It is part of the design of the 16 series that this electronic component is included. A SPST - NC switching circuit is used for these analog switches. It consists of 4 circuits. Use MAX312 to search for variants of the digital switches. An switch multiplexer with 10Ohm internal resistance has a value of 10Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. Theswitch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. A voltage higher than 30V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. 4.5V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. A voltage higher than 200μA may cause damage to the switch multiplexer. It is possible to supply this switch device with dual voltages. However, it is not advisable to exceed 20V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 4.5V. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. 18V operating voltages can be used with this electrical part.
