MAX333MJP/883B Overview


As the electronic part is packed in 20-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm), international shipping is convenient. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. There is an analog multiplexer mounted in position Through Hole. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 2:1. Operational temperature extended around -55°C~125°C TA. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPDT switching circuits. It consists of 4 circuits. It has an internal resistance of 250Ohm. Please refer to the datasheets for 20 pins functions. Users shouldn't supply more than 30V voltage to the switch device. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 10V. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 50μA, damage can occur. Despite this switch device's dual supply capability, its voltage should not exceed 18V. A dual power supply should have at least 5V voltage attached. Operating voltages of 20V are compatible with the electrical part.
