MAX339EEE+T Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 4:1. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 16 terminations. This electronic part offers high-quality output due to its 4 channels. When the electronic component is given a voltage of 15V, it should be turned on and run. As part of its design, the 16 series is equipped with this electronic component. SP4T switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. MAX339 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. It has an internal resistance of 400Ohm. You can find the functions of the 16 pins in the datasheets. It is normally recommended that users do not supply the multiplexer with voltages higher than 30V. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. 4.5V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 1μA. There is no problem with using dual supply voltage, but it should not exceed 20V. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4.5V.
