There is a Tray case with it.Case 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad is used.There is no better mounting type than Surface Mount.-40°C~85°C TA operating temperature of the device is variable over a wide range.The supply output of the chip is 3.3V volts.Input can be entered using a CML form.An interface IC is recognized as having LVDS output type as its output type.1 inputs have to be operated in order to operate the system.In addition to maintaining 4 outputs, the device can also generate DC outputs.There are 36 terminations in total.Serializer/Deserializer has 36 pins that can be accessed.3.3V is the maximum voltage it can handle.The device can be mounted by Surface Mount.As part of ATM/SONET/SDH ICs, this chip is included.Serializer/Deserializer has a maximum supply current of 0.23mA.A voltage of 3.3V can be delivered by this device.As its operating current is 185mA, it operates at a constant voltage.There are ATM/SONET/SDH CLOCK RECOVERY CIRCUIT values that are used to sort the telecom IC type of the part.
