MAX393EUE+ Overview


The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. Totally, there are 16 terminations. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. When a voltage supply of 5V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. An electrical component of this type can be found in the 16 series. SPST - NO/NC switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. A total of 4 circuits make up this switch device. MAX393 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. It has an internal resistance of 35Ohm. Datasheets for functions of 16 pins are available. Users shouldn't supply more than 15V voltage to the switch device. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 3V. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 1μA current. If you put voltage higher than 1μA on the digital multiplexer, damage may occur. For this switch device, it is feasible to have two supplies. However, the voltage should not exceed 8V. For dual power supplies, a voltage of at least 3V should be attached. A voltage of 8V can be used to operate the electronic component.
