MAX4613ETE+T Overview


Packed in 16-WQFN Exposed Pad, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits have a number 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, 16 terminations have occurred. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 1 channels. A 15V voltage supply should turn on and run the electronic component. A total of 16 pins are injected into the electrical part body. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. MAX4613 can be used to search for analog multiplexer variants. A 70Ohm internal resistance characterizes this multiplexer. For functions related to 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. The analogue multiplexer in this example is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 40V. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. There should be 4.5V voltage fed to the electrical part below 4.5V. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 1μA. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 1μA. If put voltage greater than 20V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. You should attach at least 4.5V voltage if you are using dual power supply. SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs are utilized by this digital multiplexer. The electrical part can be operated at 18V voltage levels.
