This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 12-WFQFN Exposed Pad, making it easy to ship abroad. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). The multiplexer is located in Surface Mount. 4:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~85°C TA.
