There is a package called Tape & Reel (TR) that contains buck boost converter.A package in the way of TO-253-4, TO-253AA is used for voltage regulator.A mounting hole is provided for Surface Mount to mount this current regulator.There should be a limcurrent regulator to the operating temperature of -40°C~85°C.As an input voltage, you will be able to input a voltage equal to 2.3V~5.5V.The 4 termination is a method for terminating a transmission line by connecting a voltage regulator that matches its characteristic impedance, which is the method of terminating a transmission line with a voltage regulator.Current regulator belongs to the family MAX4793.In order for the constant current to work, it should be powered by a 3.3VV power source, which is found in most 3.3VV power supplies.As a result of 300mA's output current, it offers maximum design flexibility.In this power converter, ANALOG CIRCUIT is an analog IC.There is a part called Power Management Circuits which contains all of these current regulations.There must be a voltage difference between Vsup and 2.3V in the supply voltage.The maximum amount of supply current (Isup) required for it to operate reaches a value of 0.16mA.During its operation, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) reached by the boost converter reaches 5.5V.A power supply 2.5/5V is required to operate current regulation.
