MAX5003CEE+T Overview


It comes in a 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 10.75V~18.75V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. With this switching controller, you can switch at 50kHz~300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Frequency Control, On Time Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. 16 terminations with a variety of function.
