Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 13V~36V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 275kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start.
