MAX5020CSA Overview


It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 13V~36V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. This switching controller can switch at 275kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start for efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 8 terminations. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. DC switcher's voltage input is 9.8V.
