MAX5020ESA Overview


With a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 13V~36V. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 275kHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. An array of 8 terminations of dc switching. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 9.8V.
