MAX5069CAUE+ Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. dc controls with 10.8V~24V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. This switching controller can switch at 25kHz~1.25MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. 16 terminations with a variety of function.
