MAX5097AAUP+ Overview


It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 20 terminations in this voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 330kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 5V.
