MAX5951ETJ+T Overview


Capsuled in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 4.5V~16V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz~1MHz position. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
