In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 1.8V~16.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at Up to 300kHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable.
