MAX630EPA+ Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Through Hole mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 40kHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2.2V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output current of 525mA Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 6V is provided.
