MAX6315US31D2+T Overview
As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 4 in total. A Strip package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 3.6V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. Power management has a total of 4 pins. There are 4 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
