There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this PMIC, you can find SC-70, SOT-323 functions for your reference. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. When a supply voltage of 3V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. A total of 3 pins are located on this power management. Power managment ic pin count is 3. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.2V for this IC power. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation.
