As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 6 in total. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 4 channels that can be found. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-23-6 functions. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 2.5V. In a 4 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. It has a total of 6 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 6 pins on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
