MAX636ACSA+ Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable (Fixed) outputs through their output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. 0°C~70°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.3V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is -1.31V -12V. The output current of 200mA makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 16.5V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. By using -12V as the maximum output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator is easy to operate. A frequency of 50kHz permits DC DC switching regulator to maintain a high level of accuracy.
