This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable (Fixed) outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator.
