There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. Power management consists of 2 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 245. When a supply voltage of 1.8V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. A total of 4 pins are located on this power management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 7μA is the recommended value.
