This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. There is a voltage supply of 2 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount.
