MAX6398ATT+T Overview


There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are 6-WDFN Exposed Pad functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. As with other Regulator/Supervisor products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. In a 14V supply voltage, the power management conducts. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system.
