MAX639EPA+ Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Through Hole mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.3V 5V. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 11.5V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
