MAX641ACSA+T Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable (Fixed) output generated. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 45kHz. Input voltage 2V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.31V 5V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 450mA Switch, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 450mA Switch. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature.
