As far as the mounting terminals of this voltage supervisor are concerned, it has 4 in total. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
