There are 4 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 5V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. 4 pins are on the supervisor. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1V for this PMIC. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 2.5μA. It is always advisable to use MAX6423, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer.
