MAX6423US22+T Overview


There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts IC management. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. Power management has a total of 4 pins. 4 pins make up the power management. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 2.5μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MAX6423, the base power ics number.
