It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. IC management is packaged as a TO-253-4, TO-253AA package. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 4. Power managment ic pin count is 4. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1V volts. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts.
