This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). There are SC-70, SOT-323 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. When a supply voltage of 5V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory.
