This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Strip-packaging is used. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. There is a voltage supply of 3.6V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage.
