MAX662AEPA+ Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The space-saving 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Through Hole bracket. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 500kHz. DC DC switching regulator's 30mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the MAX662A family of products.
