This voltage supervisor has a total of 8 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to power management for SOT-23-8 functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. There is a voltage supply of 3 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip.
