There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. There are 2 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Compared to other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 2 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. 5 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 800mV, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied.
