There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.8V. IC management is possible to find a succession of 3 voltages that have been checked. The mount is attached to Surface Mount.
