It is mounted through 8 terminals on the power management. Power management is packaged in a Strip way. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor, Voltage Detector products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. When a supply voltage of 3.6V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. A supply voltage of 2 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is provided by Surface Mount.
