There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. In a 1.5V supply voltage, the power management conducts.
