MAX6830VDUT+T Overview


There are 6 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-6 package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. When 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. 6 pins are present in total in this power management. 6 pins are on the supervisor. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1.2V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. For this power management, there is an 10μA volt supply current.
