Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 1.2V. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 4 pins on the board.
