Power management is mounted through 16 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. In this PMIC, you can find 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) functions for your reference. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Battery Backup Circuit products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 5V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The mount is attached to Surface Mount.
