It is mounted through 8 terminals on the power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. To assist you, this PMIC includes 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. 8 pins are present in total in this power management. 8 pins are present on the power management system. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: 0°C~70°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
