MAX71020AETI+ Overview


Tube-packaged. It is packaged in the 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad format. In addition, it can be used as a Single Phase meter as well. Currently available in Surface Mount. Optimal operation is achieved at -40°C~85°C at a higher temperature. 2.8V~3.6V power supply is used to operate it. It has a voltage of 0.8V 0.96V for its low-level I/O ports in this PMIC. This device displays a voltage of -1.1V 2V for high-level I/Os. 28 terminations are included in the part. An analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. The normal voltage needed for the part is 3.3V. This device may not be able to operate without a voltage of 2.8V or higher. You should keep the voltage that goes to the device under 3.6V. With its Surface Mount design, it can be easily installed and dismounted and can be used for many projects. It is recommended to use the 3mA supply current to keep the PMIC working normally.
