MAX71020AETI+T Overview

Extended operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. The unit is powered by a 2.8V~3.6V power supply. A voltage of 0.8V 0.96V is present on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. It is important to note that this device presents a voltage of -1.1V 2V for high-level I/Os. It includes 28 terminations. This is a powerful analog ANALOG CIRCUIT IC for PMICs. For this part, the normal voltage needed is 3.3V. To be able to operate this device, the user should be aware that a voltage of 2.8V or higher is required in order for it to work. There should be no greater than 3.6V voltage applied to the device at any time. It is designed to be used as a Surface Mount device for easy installation and dismounting. It is recommended to use the 3mA supply current to keep the PMIC working normally.
