MAX735CSA+T Overview


It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is 0°C~70°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 160kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to -5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 275mA output current of voltage regulator. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
