As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. A voltage regulator consists of 16 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space-saving 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 185kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 140mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 140mA. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 8.6V. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. As a member of the MAX736 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. Voltage can be produced at -12V volts by voltage regulator. During switching regulator operation, 16 pins are used.
