MAX747ESD+T Overview


Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 4V~15V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 14 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. Search for "MAX747" to find other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
